Podolyak spoke about the battle for Donbass/Office of the President
After escaping from near Kyiv, the Russian invaders decided to try to win at least some kind of victory in the Donbass. Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, noted that in a week or a week and a half it would become clear how events were unfolding there.

The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office sincerely believes that that during the battle for Donbass, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will dominate and win both tactical and strategic victories.
I sincerely believe in it and do not even doubt it. I’m just always very worried about the price that the guys will have to pay in order to prove to the occupier that he is an occupier and must leave,” Podolyak said.
He added that he really wants the heroic Ukrainian defenders saved their lives. According to Podolyak, in order to know exactly the time that must pass, in order to understand how events are unfolding in Donbass, it is better to contact the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, he also has a definite opinion on this matter.
“It is already clear that an escalation has begun since yesterday. It will intensify. Probably, weather conditions also influence. The intensity will probably increase in the coming days. Probably , a week and a half, and it will be quite clear to us how events are developing,” the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office noted. .
Podolyak summed up that there is no other way in the Armed Forces of Ukraine but to win tactical victories in the East. It is important that Ukrainians remain free and do not live in a camp.
