The incident happened on January 23rd. The report about the offense was received from the commander of the volunteer formation of the territorial society, whose members two days earlier equipped stationary firing positions on the streets of Franko and Khmelnitsky.

Law enforcement officers found out that the fortifications were installed by the Staroselskaya territorial community in accordance with the plan for the protection and defense of Staroye Selo. It turned out that the man living nearby did not like this neighborhood.
The fortifications were placed close to his farm, so they interfered with the exit from the yard. A local resident considered them unnecessary and decided to dump the concrete blocks and sandbags with his tractor.
For committed hooligan actions, the man was reported on suspicion. The materials of the criminal proceedings on the indictment and the plea agreement were sent to the court for consideration. The offender faces a fine of 17 thousand hryvnia.

The driver made a triple accident at a roadblock
At a checkpoint in Kalinovka, Kyiv region, on January 21, a Skoda car flew into an Opel at speed. In turn, the passenger car drove into the BMW car, which was standing on the side of the road. Previously, the perpetrator of the accident was in a state of intoxication.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Opel was injured. The victim was hospitalized with a broken rib. Law enforcement officers establish all the causes and circumstances of the accident.
