Important restrictions were introduced in the border regions of the Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Rivne regions/GNSU
New temporary regime restrictions are introduced in the border areas of the Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Rivne regions. So they want to strengthen security in these regions.
According to representatives of the State Border Service of Ukraine, additional restrictions began to operate on May 23. They will be canceled after the end of martial law.
New restrictions in the border regions of the Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Rivne regions
During martial law in the border regions of these regions banned:
- Travel on foot or in vehicles, carry out work from 22:00 to 5:00.
- Stay in forest areas
- Transport weapons and other means of active defense without permits.
- Take pictures and video of roads and other important infrastructure. It is also forbidden to capture on camera the location and movement of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- Use drones or other aircraft and release watercraft on rivers.
- Wear a military uniform (for civilians).
- Swimming, hunting and recreation.
The border guards specified that these restrictions would not affect representatives of military formations. They apply only to civilians. Everything was introduced for the sake of strengthening security in the border areas of the Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Rivne regions.
The author of the legendary phrase “Russian warship, go fuck yourself” was released from captivity
The real author of this a special phrase has already been rescued from captivity, in which he, along with his brothers, ended up on Snake Island. This was announced by the speaker of the GNSU Andrey Demchenko.
Earlier, the media reported that the author of the phrase is supposedly a Marine Roman Gribov, who was taken from captivity at the end of March. But this is not so – the phrase was said by one of the border guards. The Armed Forces of Ukraine and the GNSU did not specifically deny or confirm this information, so as not to endanger people.
Russian infidels probably knew that only the border guards had a communication channel on Zmeinoye. Therefore, they were intensively interrogated.
Demchenko stressed that the real author of the phrase was already in Ukraine. Citizens will learn his name a little later due to certain security issues.
