The Russian occupation troops complain that the command is trying to cheat them with salaries for any reason. Most of all, contractors who are used to more or less stable payments of rates and all allowances suffer from this.
According toChannel 24 sources in the Ukrainian special services, the Russian leadership, even after the first military failures on many fronts, began to massively plunder the money that the Kremlin allocated to pay for the “labor” of war criminals from the Russian Armed Forces. From the company commander to the general and the army commander, everyone is involved in large-scale corruption schemes, which consisted in “cutting” compensation to the wounded and payments to the relatives of the dead, as well as in the deriban of salaries and bonuses of personnel.
Due to the impossibility of serious riots among the troops, instantaneous and sometimes demonstrative executions, as well as the presence of Kadyrov's protective and punitive detachments, billions of rubles have settled in the pockets of the Russian command.
According to the documents, all payments to the wounded and dead were made almost without delay
- Since the top military leadership of Russia was financially interested in the state allegedly fulfilling all their duties to pay the soldiers, money was debited from the accounts of the Ministry of Murder without delay. At the same time, the costs of salaries and compensation were almost the only ones that the Ministry of Defense spent as quickly as possible.
- Shoigu and his subordinates could not pay contractors for months, not purchase everything necessary for the troops, referring to insufficient funding, but they received billions of rubles allocated by the state to pay the occupiers and their families. However, the lion's share of these amounts did not reach the recipients.
- Contract servicemen constantly complained that they did not receive combat, bonuses and allowances for performing tasks abroad. They complained about non-payment of funds for getting injured, but according to the documents, all this money was allegedly given to them. In many units, commanders designated the “200th” as alive and could receive a salary for them for months. When the destroyed Russians were nevertheless recognized as dead, relatives were often told that they were registered as missing. While several million compensations were already spent by the wives of colonels and generals during shopping.
The situation with payments changed quite seriously after Putin recognized the occupied territories as “part of Russia.” After that, the entire contingent of contract soldiers stopped receiving an increase for participating in the war abroad. In addition, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense began to save on the payment of combat. Like, if a particular unit is on the second front line, then it does not participate in battles. This means that instead of 200 thousand a month, contractors can be given 50-60, because suicide bombers do not need money, and generals really need to finance the lives of their children in the United States.
Self-shelling for the sake of bonuses has become the norm
Due to the fact that the Russians began to receive very small amounts in their hands, in some areas they had to come up with complex schemes on how to force the leadership to pay them at least some bonuses. In particular, on the right bank of the Kherson region, cases of imitation shelling of their positions by the invaders, as well as attacks on civilian targets allegedly by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, have become more frequent.
In many Russian groups, it has become the norm to go into the gray zone with mortars to open fire near places where their comrades in arms gather, as well as in settlements under enemy control. The Russians record each such shelling in the combat logs, provide relevant reports on “crushing battles” and “artillery duels” with the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the command, and try to extort an additional several thousand rubles from the officers.
Otherwise, get the money in hand promised them by Putin, the occupiers have no chance. True, there is another side to such actions of the invaders. Collaborators suffering from such shelling began to complain en masse that it was Russian ammunition that was flying through them.
Since there were too many denunciations about the occupiers in December-January, unit commanders began an internal check on this matter. And so that the occupiers could not thus demand additional payments for combat, in the near future the supply of ammunition to Russian groups may be very severely limited.
