At least 40 explosions were counted in Russia, which Russians allegedly heard it in the Krasnodar region. They were heard in the Seversky, Afipsky and Ilyinsky districts.

The Russian telegram channel wrote that the drones caused a fire. One of them fell at the Ilsky oil refinery, writes Channel 24.

What is known about the attack on the oil refinery

The Russian telegram channel stated that drones attacked the Krasnodar region approximately from 1:30 on June 21.

As a result of the attacks, a fire allegedly broke out in the Yablonovsky district. According to preliminary data, debris from a downed drone fell there.

The UAV fell on the territory of the Ilsky Oil Refinery in Kuban. A fire started on an area of ​​50 square meters, it has already been extinguished, they said in Russia.

The Russians have not yet written about the consequences for the oil refinery.

According to the regional operational headquarters, preliminary – there are two wounded at the plant. Telegram channels write that there are supposedly 4 victims in the Krasnodar region.

On the same night, drones attacked the Russian Yeisk, where a military airfield is located.

By the way, British intelligence explained the impact of Ukrainian attacks on Crimea and Russian airfields. According to experts:

  • Russia may be forced to accept a reduction in its capabilities, exposing its forces in Crimea to increased risk;
  • attacks on Russian airfields could force the Kremlin to continue its policy of dispersing aircraft further from the front line.
