If Ukraine has enough Western air defense systems that can shoot down all Russian missiles, then millions of Ukrainians will be able to return to Ukraine.
This opinion was expressed by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, answering questions during the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, February 17.
— Some have stated that there is no effective defense against Russian missiles. But we know for sure that Patriot and other Western air defense systems can shoot down any Russian missiles. And if there are enough air defense systems in Ukraine, we will be able to bring home millions of Ukrainians, millions of our people, our refugees, — he said.
