If we destroy the Crimean bridge, mass protests will break out on the peninsula – Sheitelman

If the Armed Forces can destroy the Kerch bridge, then a real disaster will happen for the Russians on the peninsula. The occupiers will not be able to control the situation.

This Channel 24 was told by political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman. According to him, the destruction of the Crimean bridge will significantly worsen the position of the Russian invaders on the peninsula.

The island will literally be under siege

The Ukrainian military has already inflicted terrible damage on the military infrastructure of the occupiers in Crimea. But the destruction of the Crimean bridge will lead to even worse consequences for the Russians. They will have both a military problem – they will not be able to overturn and take out almost anything from the peninsula – and an economic one.

They will cut off Crimea altogether. Before the bridge was built, they used a ferry crossing. If we destroy the bridge, they won't have any supply lines at all. Especially if at that moment we have missiles with which we can hit these crossings, – said Sheitelman.

As a result, the infidels will not be able to deliver any goods to Crimea at all. And the island is not able to live without it – there will literally run out of food. This is a direct path to the fact that mass protests will begin in Crimea.

It is easier for propagandists to explain the situation on the peninsula to a conditional resident of Barnaul. But the inhabitants of Crimea will not perceive anything like that if there is nothing in the stores, and they will not be able to leave either. the occupiers will not be able to keep the situation under control.

If we can cut Crimea off from Russia, do you understand how high the political importance of this operation is? I don't know if it's real now. But if we succeed, we will also liberate Crimea from within,” Sheitelman said.

Let us add that, according to Andrey Piontkovsky, a Russian publicist from Washington, the fall of the Putin regime will not begin with the loss of Crimea. Problems for the Russian dictator may already begin when the Armed Forces enter one important temporarily occupied city.
