The first 300 IDPs will receive soft loans
The selection was carried out by the State Fund for Assistance to Youth Housing Construction. This was reported by the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
All these people got the opportunity to purchase housing on credit for up to 20 years at an unprecedented low rate of 3%, the message says. .
The project is being implemented with the financial support of the German government.

Remind, On December 2, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada ratified an agreement between the Governments of Ukraine and Germany on raising 25.5 million euros from the German state development bank KfW to provide soft loans for the purchase of housing for IDPs.
What next for the winners
В The Telegram channel of the “Action” service published instructions with instructions that should be completed within 30 days. Yes, these 300 migrants need to collect the following documents:
- copy of the passport and information about the place of registration of the winner and family members;
- copy of the RNOKPP (taxpayer card) of the winner and family members;
- information or extract from the State Register of rights to real estate on the presence or absence of ownership of the winner and family members;
- certificate of income or other document that determines the solvency of the winner and adult family members;
- written consent of adult family members to include it in the calculation of the loan;< /li>
- documents confirming family relations;
- preliminary agreement on the purchase of housing;
- report on an independent expert assessment of property;
- copy of certificate of taking to register the winner's internally displaced person and family members.
Next, these documents must be submitted in person at one of the regional departments of the State Youth Service, where they will talk about the next steps.
