The Russians were hit by a S-300 missile
According to the head of the regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov, the Russians hit the building with a S-300 missile, they found debris from it.
The 4th floor of this house was completely destroyed. The house is old, we understand that those apartments – 2-3 floors that are under, they also suffered a lot, – he said.
Now this building is completely de-energized, gas and water are turned off so that the State Emergency Service according to the algorithm, they began to eliminate the consequences of this attack, Sinegubov added.
As a result of the attack, one person died
Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov said that in as a result of a blow to a residential building, one person died, three people were injured.
According to him, 2 floors were broken. “The 3rd floor is also in such a state that it is impossible to live,” Terekhov added.
In his opinion, this building needs to be restored.
