Then the hosts asked Putin a “New Year’s question.” They were interested in what he liked to eat more – Olivier or herring under a fur coat. To which the Russian President, for some reason, immediately mentioned drinking. 62~

  • Putin also remembered the problems of ordinary citizens against the backdrop of the war – the rise in price of eggs, for example. The Russian President claimed that he asked the minister “what happened to his eggs” and promised to fix everything.
