“I admitted that I was waging war: Putin signed the law on “participants in hostilities”

Putin admitted that he is waging war/From open sources Russian occupiers fighting in Ukraine the status of “combatants”. Thus, Putin officially admits that he blames Ukraine.

Occupiers will now officially be able to receive monthly salaries, tax benefits, medical care and free (! ) travel by train.

On March 22, the law was proposed in the State Duma by the occupiers. The next day, amendments to the law “On Veterans” in Russia came into force – on March 23, Putin officially recognized that his army was waging war against Ukraine.
