єCherga on the border: online recording instructions
єCherga is an electronic queue for fast border crossing at international checkpoints. It will allow vehicles licensed for international cargo transportation to sign up for an electronic queue and cross the border on time and without waiting.

An electronic queue at the border will save time. In order to sign up, you need:
- Go to the єCherga website and click Join the queue.
- If this is your first time using the application, you will need to register. To do this, enter your email address, agree to the privacy policy and click Get code.
- It will be sent to the specified email address, after which four numbers must be entered in the appropriate registration field.
- Next, enter your phone number, create a password and click the Register button.
- After that, click Join the queue.
- Select an international checkpoint and click Continue.
- After that, in the Citizenship column, in the Driver Data section, select Ukraine.
- In the appropriate fields, enter: the driver’s first and last name, series and number of the international passport, email address and telephone number.
- If there are several drivers, click Another driver or Continue.
- Next, enter the data of the freight transport, select the country of registration, type and make of the vehicle. Additionally, indicate whether you are traveling with a semi-trailer, if so — enter its number and click Continue.
- In the section Specify the declared cargo — indicate the customs declaration number if the driver has cargo.
- Click Continue, check the entered data and click Join the queue.
- After this, you will find yourself in your personal account in the Active Queues section. This contains information about waiting times and estimated border crossing times. If necessary, the time spent in line can be extended by 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours. To do this, click View.
Please note, this action can be performed again after arriving in the buffer zone and verification by the State Transport Security Service.
