What needs to be replaced so as not to lose heat
According to the head of the Association, certain adjustments can be made to save heat in the house. It's about windows and doors. You should also take care of heaters with thermostats, if you worry not only about the apartment, but the whole house. The latter, however, is much more expensive. And, according to Litvin, it will pay off in just 10 years.
If you have metal-plastic windows and doors, then this item will be important for you. It should be understood that not all of them:
- of good quality;
- correctly installed;
- have unadjusted fittings.
All these points should be paid attention to. Especially for the last one. The master can not only correctly adjust the same windows, but also minimize heat loss.
If we are talking about the front door, then a sealant will not be superfluous here. It should be glued around the perimeter. This will keep the heat from escaping to the stairwell.
Radiators should not be ignored either.When replacing them, you should understand how the heating system itself works. If you do not pay attention to this point, then the heat will not reach some rooms. This is especially true for those rooms in which a gas boiler was installed and they did not take care of the correct supply of pipes to each of the rooms.
Change the light bulbs. You should finally get rid of fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps. Instead, it is better to use LEDs.

According to Litvin, an air conditioner is a much better and more economical way to heat an apartment. When compared with conventional heaters. So it will be possible to save money and not freeze at home.
