The Winter eSupport program will be in effect until February 2025.

Apply for financial assistance in the amount of 1000 UAH you can:

  • using the Diya application;
  • through Ukrposhta (citizens who receive pensions and other social benefits);
  • through authorized partner banks.

You can apply for assistance for an adult, as well as for a child (the algorithm is similar).

Please note! Only one of the parents can receive the payment for a child (children).

How to apply for 1000 “from Zelensky” for a child through Diya

To do this, you need to do the following:

  • Install or open the Diya mobile application.
  • In the Services section, select Winter eSupport and read the terms of the program.
  • Select the recipient of assistance. If the child's digital birth certificate is displayed in Diya, click on it. If the document is not displayed, then you must first add it and then select it to apply for assistance.
  • Select a bank card for crediting funds or a National Cashback card. If there is none, then Diya will offer to open one in one of the partner banks.
  • Check the entered data, confirm your stay in Ukraine and submit the application.

After the application is approved, the funds will be transferred to the selected card in the Diya application. The crediting takes place within ten working days.

How to apply for 1000 “from Zelensky” for a child through a bank

Guardians or legal representatives of minors or underage children can apply for assistance through a branch of one of the partner banks.

To apply for 1000 UAH for a child, you must provide the following documents:

  • passport of a citizen of Ukraine and RNOKPP (if RNOKPP is not available, then provide a passport with the appropriate mark);
  • child's birth certificate;
  • document confirming the existence of guardianship, trusteeship or legal representation.

After this, the bank submits an application for verification through the electronic interaction system in order to include the applicant in the list of recipients of assistance. If Diya detects a duplicate application or a violation, the person will receive a refusal with an explanation of the reason directly from the bank.

If the verification is successful, the bank will open a special account for payments under the Winter eSupport program and issue a National Cashback card (plastic or virtual), to which the funds will be credited.

Information about the crediting will be received via SMS or a mobile application. The funds are paid out within 10 days.

How to apply for 1000 “from Zelensky” for a child via Ukrposhta

People who receive payments and social assistance through this postal operator can apply for 1000 UAH via Ukrposhta. Ukrposhta employees report the accrual of assistance during the payment of pensions or social benefits.

If you cannot submit an application via Diya or a branch of a partner bank, this means that you are already on the list of recipients of assistance via Ukrposhta or your application has already been submitted via Diya or a bank.

We remind you that 1000 UAH from the state cannot be received in cash. These funds can be used to pay for utilities and medical services, transportation, as well as to purchase Ukrainian goods, medicines, books, etc.
