Each competitive proposal has its own unique code. This code is used by applicants to higher education institutions in Ukraine when submitting an electronic application for admission. ICTV Facts found out where and how to find the code for the competitive proposal.
Competitive proposal code: where to find
To find bid code, you need to do the following:
- Go to the siteUnified State Electronic Database on Education Issues (USEBO)
- On the main page of the site, select the section Admission 2024.
- In the drop-down menu, select Search for competitive proposals.
- On the search page for competitive proposals, enter the required data: Educational level (e.g. bachelor's degree), Basis for admission (e.g. certificate of complete secondary education), Specialty (name of the specialty you want to apply to) and select the institution.
- On the search results page, you will find a list of competitive offers that match your criteria. Each competitive offer will have a code.
Example of searching for a competitive offer code
If you want to find the code of the competitive proposal for admission to the bachelor's degree in Management based on a certificate of complete general secondary education, you need to enter on the search page for competitive proposals:

- After selecting an establishment, a new window will open for the competition offer. There will be several numbers opposite it — this is the code. In our case it is — 1348355.
