Owners of destroyed homes can apply for damages for war-damaged homes in the Diya app.

Oleksandr Fediyenko, Deputy Chairman of the Digital Transformation Committee, told how to do this on the air of the telethon, channel 24 broadcasts.

Fedienko noted that over 17 million Ukrainians use the Diya application, and about 18 million citizens use the Diya portal.

How to apply:

  • download the Diya application, or go to the portal;
  • fill in the appropriate form: enter all the necessary data (passport data, identification code);
  • send it by e-mail, or the Diya application, or the Diya portal and wait until you are contacted by the CNAPA.

The one on whom the housing is registered can apply. Fedienko added that if the owner of the apartment lost his life, there are other procedures for entering the ownership of such housing.

The deputy also said that people who have lost their jobs can receive unemployment benefits. To do this, you also need to go to the Diya application and fill out the appropriate form.

In the Diya application there is a registry of internally displaced persons, that is, in the application you can get the relevant certificate and the corresponding monthly payments:

  • UAH 2,000 per adult;
  • UAH 3,000 per child.

In addition, Fedienko recalled that employers accepting to employ internally displaced persons.

I would like to remind employers that if you officially hire a minimum wage of UAH 6,500, the state will compensate for these costs,” Fedienko said.
