How the United States treats American volunteers who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine

by alex

There are American volunteers in Ukraine who have decided to join the ranks of the Armed Forces. But the United States does not encourage its citizens to go to war and therefore does not help them.

The brave Americans continue to help Ukraine. This was stated by US General Mark Arnold in an exclusive interview for channel 24.

Americans are voluntarily fighting in Ukraine

According to the General Arnold, these brave volunteers, unfortunately, operate entirely on their own. And so nothing will change.

The US will not encourage Americans to leave for Ukraine and risk their lives on the battlefield. This will not change,” the American general said.

He noted that he knows many such guys who are either retired or still serving. They are ready to help Ukraine in any way, but the defenders do not expect any support from the government.

“At the same time, many of our brave Americans are helping Ukraine in the humanitarian sphere, and the government supports such initiatives,” Arnold added.< /p>

Another US volunteer died in the battles for Ukraine

Earlier, there was information about the death of an American defended by Ukraine. Russian killers reported these defenders, but they were not confirmed. The US State Department noted that they did not disclose the name of the military man.

“We can confirm the death of a US citizen in Ukraine. Out of respect for the privacy of the family, we have no comment,” the State Department said.
