On February 24, Ukrainian special forces received the task of stopping the enemy where he managed to break through the state border. On the seventh month of the full-scale war, the first footage of the work of our defenders was published online.

How our military worked
On the morning of February 24, the Russian occupation troops broke through in separate sections of the state border from Russia and Belarus. The invaders tried to advance in the direction of Kyiv.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine gave a “hot reception” to the enemy. With the help of artillery and aviation, our troops attacked enemy columns. Those who managed to break through became the targets of the special forces.
It was the special forces who carried out sabotage measures to disable important facilities, command and staff vehicles, communications and support forces of the enemy. This made a serious contribution to stopping the advance of the invaders.

Plan against reality: how a full-scale war began
Having prepared an ideological foundation with the help of propagandists and recognizing the quasi-formation in the Donbas, on the morning of February 24, Russian dictator Putin announced the launch of a “special operation”, that is, a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The Russians launched rocket attacks on military targets in a number of areas Ukraine and launched an offensive from the occupied territories of Donbass and Crimea, from their territory and from Belarus, thus forming a front from the Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions to the Kherson, and then the Nikolaev region. Also on the first day of the invasion, Russia captured the island of Serpents.
The main goal of the enemy was the capture of Kyiv. The propagandists literally shouted that the capital would fall in a matter of hours, but for the 208th day Ukraine has been putting up strong resistance.
For almost 7 months of confrontation, Ukrainian defenders and defenders de-occupied the territories of Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy regions , liberated Snake Island and launched a large-scale counteroffensive in the Kharkiv and Kherson regions. Day after day, our soldiers return settlements, freeing them from invaders.
