72% of Ukrainians would react negatively to the resignation of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
This is evidenced by a survey conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS).
According to research, only 2%respondents would react favorably to such a decision. 21% have a neutral attitude towards this, and 5% — couldn't formulate their opinion.

The survey also showed that 43% of our citizens believe that there may be certain disagreements or friction between Zelensky and Zaluzhny, in particular from Only 8% of them believe that the situation is “very serious”, and the rest 35% characterized these misunderstandings as not large enough. Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said that in Ukraine the issue of resignations in the command of the Armed Forces was not raised.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky at a press conference on December 19 described his relationship with Valery Zaluzhny as working, but did not directly answer the question about his dismissal.
