< p > In Ukraine, 36 thousand people work in the TCC, although the staffing level provides for 48 thousand positions. Among them, almost 7 thousand are civilians, and 3 thousand are women.

Speaking about how many people work in the TCC, Lazutkin noted that some of the employees of the centers are military personnel with the status of limited fitness. According to the speaker, there are about 18.5 thousand such people, many of them fought at the front, where they received this status.
Lazutkin said that if there are organizational changes in the structure of the TCC and SP, this will be officially announced. Now these institutions continue to work under the leadership of the Ground Forces Command.
In war conditions, according to the speaker, it is necessary to work with real circumstances.
– Bad news is spreading very quickly now, there are a lot of Russian IPSOs. We are now starting from what is available at the moment. It is clear that all signals are being studied. Nothing goes unnoticed, – said the speaker of the Ministry of Defense.
Recall that on November 12, the Temporary Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the Protection of the Rights of Military Personnel proposed to disband the TCCs and create recruiting centers instead, where civilians will work.
