NMT-2025: what is known
Applicants planning to enroll in higher education institutions can register and take part in online testing.

In 2025, the main registration session for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) began on 6 March and ran until 3 April. The extension period was from 9 May to 14 May.
NMT-2025 will be held from May 14 to June 25, with an additional session from July 14 to 25. Official results will be announced by July 4, with additional session results by July 30.
We remind you that this year the number and structure of NMT tests remains unchanged compared to 2024.
As part of the admissions campaign, test participants took the NMT in four subjects – three compulsory and one optional.
Compulsory subjects:
- history of Ukraine;
- Ukrainian;
- mathematics.
To choose from:
- Ukrainian literature;
- English, German, French or Spanish;
- geography, biology, physics, chemistry.
How long are the results of NMT valid in Ukraine in 2025
Every year, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine determines the validity period of the results of the External Independent Assessment/National Mathematical Testing of previous years, the possibility or impossibility of combining these results upon admission.
According to the Law of Ukraine On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the State Final Certification and the Entrance Campaign of 2025, the results of the national multi-subject test for 4 years are used for admission to higher education institutions.
In particular, for admission in 2025, school graduates from previous years can submit the results of external independent assessment tests from 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025 .
Also, graduates of previous years who have NMT certificates for the above-mentioned years, but wish to improve their result for admission, have the right to take the NMT again and choose the best result for participation in the 2025 competitive selection.
How long the results of the NMT 2025 will be valid and what test results can be submitted next year is determined by the annual Procedure for Admission to Study for Obtaining Higher Education. In general, the validity period of the NMT certificate is 3 years.
