Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin have allegedly agreed to return Indians who are fighting against Ukraine to their country. This confirms Russia's problems with personnel.

Former Russian Energy Minister, oppositionist Vladimir Milov told 24 Channel that Indians were lured to Russia and sent to war. Now the Russian dictator needs to justify himself to Modi.

Milov said that Indian citizens were lured into a war against Ukraine by deception. They could be offered money or work.

They brought them, for example, to the Rostov region, gave them equipment, weapons and off they went, – noted the former Minister of Energy of Russia.

Such events once again confirm that in Russia there is a large shortage of personnel to staff the army. The Russians deceived the people of another country into war for their own purposes, and the presidents of the two countries must sort it out.

The key problem in Russia are the cadres. Such episodes emphasize what hellish actions Putin is forced to agree to, and then have scandals with his ally, Milov emphasized.
