Speaker of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat explained how every snapshot of the work of Ukrainian air defense can become a source of information for the Russian Federation.
— The enemy already has enough reconnaissance means …, but when we help with those pictures, those comments — it's all being analyzed. Every picture, every video can become a source of information for the occupier, — he emphasized.
Ignat also explained how the mechanism for identifying the location of air defense systems works.
— I explain in words, with my fingers. We have missiles, air defense is working somewhere there. One person films from one point, and from the second — second, from the third point — third. This is called three-coordinate coincidence of parallels. This way you can accurately determine where the Patriot launcher is and launch a second strike, — said the speaker.

He recalled the story of the CCTV cameras that were turned on during an air raid, emphasizing that this is generally unacceptable, because filming in real time can be very harmful.
At the same time, he noted that videos of air defense work filmed by the Air Force and foreigners are carefully checked before publication.
— We know it's possible. Verify your video. We look to see if there is anything superfluous there and publish it. If it shows the detonation of a missile in the air, then there is an interception of an air target — then why not. We must show our partners that their weapons work, that they are effective, that we shoot down missiles, — summed up the Air Force speaker.
