It is known that on the night of May 2, while intoxicated, he went to the kitchen and turned on the gas burners. After that I woke up the children. Understanding the dangerous consequences of her father’s actions, the girl wanted to turn off the stove. Because of this, a conflict arose between them, which escalated into a fight.

The children tried to run away from their father, but they were unable to leave the house because the suspect broke off the inside handle of the front door.

Under the procedural guidance of juvenile prosecutors of the Kiev Regional Prosecutor's Office, an indictment against the man was sent to court on the facts premeditated murder of a daughter and attempted murder of a young son (part 1 of article 115, part 2 of article 15, part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
At the request of the prosecutor's office, the accused will be detained until the court's verdict in custody.
