For 105 days, Russian occupiers have been massively shelling peaceful settlements and infrastructure throughout Ukraine. This weekend, the enemy launched 4 missile strikes on the Darnitsa car repair plant.
During the Second World War, this enterprise was already subjected to destruction by the German Nazis. Ukrzaliznytsia told the story of the DZV and published a video with the consequences of the strikes, this time by Russian invaders. the car repair plant produced and repaired freight cars. They transported exclusively civilian products – coal, crushed stone, ore, etc., which means that the enterprise was in no way a military facility.
In 2022, DZV planned to master the production of grain carriers, which were and remain essential for transporting Ukrainian crops. However, Russia saw another imaginary paranoid threat in a civilian enterprise and came up with a fake that military equipment was being repaired there.
More than fifty foreign and Ukrainian media They were convinced with their eyes that there was no military equipment at the plant, – Ukrzaliznytsia emphasized.
By the way, the plant was built before the start of World War II – in 1935. Then the enterprise was destroyed German invaders . At the same time, the resumption of the DZV began back in 1943.

Ukrzaliznytsia added that history repeated itself – after the rockets fired by the Russian invaders, the plant was partially destroyed, several of its workshops, unfortunately, are no longer repairable.
