Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba called the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the European Union historic. He claims that Ukraine will face important decisions in the near future.
— It was a historic, not to say epic, meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU, — Kuleba wrote on Instagram.
According to him, the last time such a frank conversation in this format took place in the first days of a full-scale invasion against Ukraine, when they discussed disconnecting Russian banks from the international interbank system Swift.
The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is convinced that at the end of the week important decisions will be made at the European Council summit. Kuleba noted that he discussed the results of the meeting with the EU representative for foreign affairs and security policy, Josep Borrell.
