The relationship between Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is too warm to put the Kremlin chief on the place.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a briefing with journalists in Brussels.
Zelensky on Orban's relations with Putin
— I did not have a conversation with the Prime Minister of Hungary. Frankly, I think it is very frivolous when we talk about initiatives that are related to the lives of Ukrainians and learn about it from the media, — Zelensky responded to Orban's statement about the “Christmas truce”.
According to the President of Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Hungary does not have any mandate for negotiations.
