After the escape of the Chief Gauleiter of Zaporizhzhya Balitsky, panic began among his henchmen. The collaborators started a race to see who would get away from the Ukrainian resistance forces as soon as possible.
The flight of the head of the so-called “administration” of infidels in Zaporozhye, Yevgeny Balitsky, became known on August 30. According to the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov, the Gauleiter hid in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Collaborators run away from the occupied territories
