— The defendant’s video messages were immediately picked up by Russian Internet resources, including the Telegram channels of the Wagnerites. Propagandists presented the pseudo-activist's stories as a “position” ordinary citizens of Ukraine and thereby tried to harm the international image of our state, — reported to the SBU.

According to the conclusions of the examination, the ex-lawyer’s public materials confirm his subversive activities in favor of Russia.

Based on the collected evidence, the attacker was informed of suspicion under Part. 2 tbsp. 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (public calls for a violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power, as well as the distribution of materials calling for such actions).

The issue of choosing a preventive measure is now being decided. An investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances; the attacker faces imprisonment.
