The head of the Lugansk military-civilian administration, Serhiy Gaidai, spoke about this on the air of the FreeDOM foreign broadcasting TV channel on May 7, channel 24 reports. /h2>
According to Sergei Gaidai, fierce fighting continues in the Lugansk region. Infidels shoot the settlements to smithereens, however, the enemy is not yet able to advance and capture them.
Thanks to the heroic resistance of our defenders and defenders, the invaders in the Lisichansk region they cannot get close enough to shell the city with mortars and place artillery, which will also throw shells, wiping it off the face of the earth.
At the same time, according to the head of the Luhansk OVA, Russian infidels are preparing from types “Peony”, “Tulip” and “Hyacinth”– they have a very large caliber, and the “arrivals” of such shells have an extremely destructive defeat.
We need heavy weapons that can deter enemy artillery, – Gaidai emphasized.< /p>
By the way, the official added that he communicates daily with our defenders and defenders in the Lugansk region. He stressed that they have great motivation and a strong spirit, and they ask only one thing – they need Western artillery.
Thanks to her, Gaidai is sure, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to throw Russian artillery installations away, and they will no longer be able to destroy Ukrainian cities, destroy houses and defense structures of our military. “Then, in a direct battle, the Russians will definitely lose,” summed up the head of the Lugansk OVA.

At the same time, according to him, the plans of the Russians for the operational encirclement near the city and Lisichansk were shattered to the ground.
