Head of European diplomacy Borrell arrived in Kyiv: what will he discuss

On Tuesday, February 6, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, arrived in Kyiv.

He announced this on the X network (Twitter).

This is his fourth visit to Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion.
