The Ukrainian Security Service has identified another Russian army commander who gave the order to shoot four civilian residents of Bucha.
This is Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Dosyagaev, commander of the 2nd battalion of the 104th regiment of the 76th airborne division of the Russian airborne forces.
“After the invaders escaped from the Kyiv region, the highest military-political leadership of the Russian Federation awarded Dosyagaev with the “Order of Courage” and the star of “Hero of Russia,” the SBU reported.
What is known about Dosyagaev’s crimes in the Kiev region
Investigators found that in early March 2022, he led the actions of enemy paratroopers who captured Bucha.

The unit subordinate to him took an active part in the so-called “cleansing operations” and filtration activities aimed at suppressing the resistance movement and intimidating the residents of the region.

During one of these punitive measures, on the orders of their commander, enemy paratroopers shot 4 civilians on the roadway within two hours. The victims were a local resident and three volunteers who were passing by in their own car.
All victims died on the spot from multiple gunshot wounds.
Punishment for the occupier
Based on the collected evidence, Security Service investigators informed Dosyagaev of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 438 Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder).
Information about Dosyagaev’s possible death in the war in Ukraine is currently being verified.
