A resident of the Lviv region who raped a young girl was sentenced to 10 years in prison. He was found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

It is noted that prosecutors proved in court that in April 2022, in one of the cities of the Lvov region, the accused raped a 12-year-old girl.

Taking advantage of the absence of other family members and the helpless state of the minor, the man, in the presence of his younger sister, raped the victim, — the message says.
