In Kyiv, police identified a man who, while intoxicated, cursed and poured beer on a woman who was with a small child on the street.
The man did not like that she communicated with the child in Ukrainian.
Law enforcement officers came across a video on social networks in which a man with signs of alcohol intoxication was in conflict with a passerby. The incident occurred in the Dnieper district of the capital.

The victim said that the man threatened her and her daughter on the playground because they spoke Ukrainian. In addition, the offender swore obscenely, poured beer on the woman and expressed anti-Ukrainian slogans.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the man for petty hooliganism (Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses).
The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to seven tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or community service for up to 60 hours, or correctional labor for up to two months with deduction of 20% of earnings, or up to 15 days of administrative arrest.
The offender turned out to be a 36-year-old native of Vinnytsia region. Now law enforcement officers are checking him for his commitment to the “Russian world” and for involvement in committing other crimes in the capital.
