Prosecutors have identified and declared suspicion of a Russian commander. He was one of those who gave orders and committed cynical and cruel atrocities in the Kyiv region during its occupation.
He ordered the killing of civilians
It turned out to be 30-year-old senior lieutenant Vasily Litvinenko. He is a company commander of the 64th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as part of the 35th combined arms army.In particular, he was a “senior” during the occupation of Lipovka, Buchansky district. According to prosecutors, without the permission of the invader, the villagers could not even leave the house to get water . He also ordered the provision of medical care to the peasants and could refuse it.
As the investigation established, on the orders of his monster commander, Russian soldiers subordinate to him wounded an unarmed peaceful elderly man from automatic weapons. It happened right in his backyard. But they did not stop there either – later the infidels shot down the house of the grandfather they had wounded from a tank . The man burned down along with the house.
Prosecutors of the Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district prosecutor's office of the Kyiv region accuse the man of violating the laws and customs of war, combined with murder. Suspicion has already been announced to him in absentia.
In addition, Ukrainian law enforcement officers are now establishing Litvinenko's involvement in the wounding of two more civilian residents of Lipovka and the destruction of 18 residential buildings. They also establish the identity of the accomplices of his crimes.
