Bellator welterweight champion, Ukrainian Yaroslav Amosov will defend his welterweight belt against Jamaican challenger Jason Jackson.
On the eve of the fight, the Ukrainian’s opponent in an interview with MMA Junkie Radio called him one of the best welterweight fighters in the world.
– Yaroslav is one of the best welterweights on this planet, if not the best. His record and skill set allow him to win fights. His record and his skills allow him to win fights. He knows how to win fights. He fought for some time. He fought a lot of tough guys. So I’ll say he’s at the top of the rankings,” Jackson said.
As the publication points out, Jackson understands that defeating Amosov will not be easy, given that the Ukrainian fighter has never lost.

When is Amosov's next fight?
The Amosov-Jackson fight will be the main event of the fight night as part of the Bellator 301 tournament.
It will take place on November 17 at Wintrust Arena in Chicago, USA.
30-year-old Amosov, in his last fight, which took place in February 2023 at the Bellator 291 tournament, defeated Logan Storley by unanimous decision. He has 27 wins and no losses.
33-year-old Jackson defeated Douglas Lima by decision in July 2022 at the Bellator 283 tournament. He has 16 wins and four losses.
