The self-proclaimed leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is in the presidential administration hospital in Moscow. It is still unknown whether he is alive or already dead.

However, the fact that Kadyrov’s family came to Moscow indicates that he is, at least, in critical condition. Musa Lomaev, a public figure from the Republic of Ichkeria, told Channel 24 about this.

“We have information that Kadyrov is in one of the Moscow hospitals. It is impossible to say whether he is alive or dead. But yesterday we received information that his closest relatives have already left for Moscow. This suggests that Kadyrov is in serious condition,” the public said figure.

Kadyrov was addicted to drugs

Musa Lomaev noted that when Kadyrov received unlimited power in Chechnya, he began to abuse drugs. The terrorist's terrible condition and incoherent speech are the consequences of rehabilitation.

Drug addiction led to the fact that his internal organs began to “give up.” Every time we saw him on air, on video, at meetings, it was as if he had undergone some kind of therapy. He was always swollen and spoke incoherently. These are the consequences of rehabilitation, he explained.

Who will successor to Kadyrov

The public figure suggested that Kadyrov certainly did not expect to be in critical condition so soon. Hastily he tried to prepare a successor. We are talking about his eldest son, who is now isolated from society. Vladimir Putin allegedly accepted him.

But if we think logically, Putin does not yet have a ready-made successor to Chechnya. He has no time for domestic politics. I believe that either Magomed Daudov will act temporarily, or Adam Delimkhanov, says Musa Lomaev.
