< strong _ngcontent-sc87="">The ex-head of the district state administration of Transcarpathia was informed of a suspicion. It is assumed that he illegally transferred the land to Oksana Marchenko.
The investigators say that the suspect, in agreement with a group of people, excluded 122 hectares from the state forest fund in 2003. There were no grounds for this, but he issued appropriate instructions.
The land was handed over to Medvedchuk's wife
The cost of land is estimated at 26.9 million hryvnia. The hectares were leased to business entities, the ultimate beneficiary of which is the wife of a Ukrainian MP suspected of treason. We are talking about Viktor Medvedchuk. The National Police confirm that Oksana Marchenko was the beneficiary.
Further, the land was used for the placement of a recreation complex. In particular, they built the Bear Oak Forest complex.
Elite cars and paintings were found in the complex.
Law enforcement officers conducted searches in the premises of the complex in Transcarpathia. Works of art were found there: more than 300 paintings by famous artists, as well as luxury cars: Bentley, Maybach. The confiscated property and land plots were seized. Transfer them to ARMA.
Now a pre-trial investigation is underway.
