Ukrainian fencer Olga Kharlan reached the semi-finals of the individual saber tournament at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
At the 1/4 final stage, the 32-year-old Ukrainian beat the Hungarian fencer Anna Marton with a score of 15:7.

Olga Kharlan started the duel against Marton very confidently. She immediately seized the advantage and led the score 8:1. In the second period, her opponent managed to land six injections, but Olga had the final say.
