Difficult weather conditions are expected in Ukraine on November 26-27.
For most regions of Ukraine, the second (orange) level of danger has already been declared.
According to the forecast of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, bad weather will cause:

- increasing complexity of the work of utilities and energy enterprises in most regions of the country;
- cessation of operation of ports on the sea coast;
- disruption and cessation of traffic on the roads of Kiev, Chernigov, Sumy, Cherkassy, Poltava, Kirovograd, Odessa and Nikolaev regions .
Precipitation in the regions on November 26-27
Heavy snowfall is forecast for:
- Kyiv region;
- Chernihiv region;
- Cherkasy region;
- Odessa region.
Heavy wet snow and rain, with some icy conditions expected in:
- Sumy region;
- Poltava region;
- Kirovograd region;
- Nikolaev region.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the increase in snow cover in these areas is expected to be up to 20-30 cm, in some places – 40-50 cm .
Blizzards, snow drifts, and icy roads are expected.

Gusts of wind
On November 26-27, the wind is expected to increase to:
- 17-22 m/s, in some places – 25 m/s – in the northern, central, southern regions and Crimea;
- 25-30 m/s – in Odessa and Nikolaev regions;
- 15-20 m/s – in the western and eastern regions.
The situation in the Black Sea
In the Black Sea waters the following is expected:
- wind increase – up to 25-30 m/s;
- wave height – 20-30 dm (in the daytime on November 26 and at night on November 27, wave height – 30-50 dm ).
According to the forecast of national weather forecaster Natalya Didenko, the entire next week will be cold.
In particular, from the night of Tuesday, November 28, frosty weather will again dominate in Ukraine.
