Later, the UAF reported that the football player was conscious and went to the hospital for examination. After the match, the head coach of the Ukrainian national team Sergey Rebrov said that the football player had a concussion.

— Unfortunately, a very severe concussion. He is in the hospital. The situation is quite complicated, so he stays here (in Wroclaw, — Ed.). We'll see, — Rebrov said in a comment to Megogo.

According to the TaToTake Telegram channel, Gutsulyak's injury did not lead to serious consequences. There was no broken jaw, and doctors in Wroclaw preliminarily diagnosed Alexey with a mild concussion. He will undergo a more detailed examination in Ukraine.
