Now brokerage applications and ATMs on Russian territory have joined the Russian banks. Users of a number of the banks listed above are unable to withdraw cash, and when attempting to use an ATM, their debit and credit cards are immediately blocked.

This concerns, in particular, the T-investments brokerage application. In addition, GUR specialists carried out a cyberattack on the Dom.rf bank.

A source in the special services reported that the day before, on July 26, key rates were raised to 18% in Russia, and therefore it is now impossible to carry out any banking operations due to the lack of access to services, which leads to the loss of funds by the population.

The GUR MO adds that the operation against Russian financial institutions continues.

Recall that at the end of June, activists of the BO_Team cyber community, together with specialists from the GUR MO of Ukraine, also attacked facilities on the territory of the aggressor state Russia.
