Near Tel Aviv, unknown individuals threw a grenade into the residence of the Norwegian ambassador to Israel.
This was reported by the Norwegian television channel TV 2.

According to the Israel Police, an investigation has been launched into the incident.

“At this point we can confirm that there was minor property damage. Due to the ongoing investigation, no further details will be provided at this time,” police said.
The Norwegian Foreign Ministry officially confirmed the explosion. The head of the Foreign Ministry's public relations department, Tuva Bogsnes, said the incident occurred on the evening of June 19.
“We were in contact with the embassy this evening (June 19 – Ed. ). No embassy staff were injured in the incident,” Bogsnes said.
It is still unknown who threw the grenade and what the motives were.
According to official reports, the embassy has 14 employees, six of whom are seconded from Norway.
The Norwegian embassy in Israel itself was closed on Monday due to the security situation.
Recall that on June 19, Iran attacked Israel with ballistic missiles. One of the missiles hit the Soroka Medical Center in the southern Israeli city of Be'er Sheva, damaging the building and injuring people.
