Navalny could have been given poison in the colony/Collage 24 Channel

Alexey Navalny could be gradually poisoned in small doses in the colony. This is precisely what could have caused the death of the politician.

The opposition Russian media write about this. Referring to their own sources in the Investigative Committee of Russia and Navalny’s entourage, the media say that Alexander Bastrykin was directly involved in Navalny’s murder, reports 24 Channel.

Navalny could have been gradually poisoned since August

Opposition Russian media write that the main “lobbyist” for Navalny’s murder was the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin. He had a personal grudge against the politician and had been at odds with him since 2012, when the investigation into Navalny’s activities had just begun. After this, Bastrykin repeatedly expressed his negative attitude towards the politician, and even allegedly published poems under a pseudonym in which he criticized Navalny.

When Navalny was arrested, Bastrykin, according to Russian media, began to demand sanctions for the murder of the politician. The chairman of the Russian investigative committee allegedly made a corresponding request to Putin. Bastrykin was also supported in this by the head of the federal penitentiary service, Arkady Gostev.

Opposition Russian media write that Putin allegedly gave permission for the slow poisoning of Navalny in August 2023. This was supposedly a “gift” for Bastrykin’s 70th birthday. According to the developed plan, Navalny was supposed to die from cardiovascular problems before the end of 2023, but he held out until February 16, 2024.

In addition, those around Navalny say: that he really could have been poisoned, because the politician himself assumed this. Once from the colony he conveyed a message that he might be given poison. Opposition Russian media turned to the biochemist and asked whether a blood clot could have arisen and broken off due to the use of some substance. The expert stated that such a scenario was quite possible, because in the conditions of a lack of water in the colony and constant torture, blood thickening inevitably occurred, which led to death.

The politician could have died earlier

Russian opposition media write that Navalny could have died earlier. We came to this conclusion after we managed to communicate with one of the prisoners, who, like Navalny, was serving a sentence in the Polar Wolf colony.

So, the prisoner suggested that that the politician could have died earlier, because the “incomprehensible commotion” in the colony began on February 15. In the evening, the check was very expedited, then everyone was locked in barracks and security was strengthened. At night, you could hear some cars starting to drive around the area – they came three times. On the morning of February 16, checks began in the prison, although this is usually reported earlier.

In addition, the Bild publication wrote that Russia, the United States and Germany discussed the issue of exchanging Alexei Navalny for a Russian agent Vadim Krasikov. Journalists claim that Navalny “was about to be released.” Even Vladimir Putin spoke about a possible exchange in an interview with Tucker Carlson.
