Germany launches a program to help Ukrainian culture and media. However, part of the money will also be directed to the Russian opposition media.
The German government allocates 20 million euros for this purpose. This was stated by the Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko.

The money will go to support Ukrainian journalists in Germany, as well as to support the Russian opposition press. Regarding the latter, the minister had questions.
