As reported by the Sova publication, the opposition force issued a statement that the results of the parliamentary elections on October 26 were “stolen”.

— We do not recognize the results of these elections, the elections were stolen, power in Georgia was usurped. This is a constitutional coup, the author of the constitutional coup is the Georgian Dream.

And the Georgian Dream will bear responsibility for this in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Georgia. But until then, the Georgian Dream will have to recognize the victory of the opposition, — Gvaramia emphasized.

He was almost immediately supported by members of the Unity-National Movement coalition. Their leader Tina Bokuchava indicated that she is not ready to put up with the fact that the European future is being stolen from the Georgian people.

— We see that the CEC carried out Ivanishvili's dirty order and announced the results, which show that the oligarch Ivanishvili stole victory from the Georgian people and, thus, stole the European future, — she emphasized.

The political union Strong Georgia also came out with sharp criticism and non-recognition of the rigged results.

— The results do not reflect the will of the Georgian people. We are fighting for every vote, using all legal means to protect the democratic and European choice of the Georgian people. We are not going to give this choice to anyone, — said the leader of the formation Ana Dolidze.
