Gennady Shapovalov heads the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Gennady Shapovalov as Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This is evidenced by presidential decree No. 412/2025.
