How to book conscripted workers/Channel 24
Together with the martial law regime in Ukraine, general mobilization continues. However, institutions, organizations and enterprises have the right to book conscripted workers.
In Ukraine, the martial law regime has been extended until August 23 this year. However, if necessary, it can be extended. The same can happen with general mobilization.
Who can and cannot be booked
According to the current legislation, state authorities and other state structures, organizations, enterprises and institutions have the right to book if they meet the needs of the Armed Forces and other military structures.
Booking volumes are determined in accordance with the required number of employees who can to ensure the work of an institution, enterprise, organization or state body during martial law.
However, in accordance with the decision of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, those liable for military service with military specialties are not subject to booking:
- < li> ordinary, sergeant or foreman (99 specialties);
- officer corps by VOS groups (21 specialties).
Employee booking process
Heads of institutions or other bodies submit a letter to the state administration with justification of the reason for the reservation of employees. After that, the relevant documents are approved by the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economy and Military Administration.
The heads of institutions, enterprises, organizations and state bodies are responsible for the accuracy of the data.
In case of successful booking, the person liable for military service receives a deferment from mobilization, which is subject to cancellation in the event:
- its completion period of validity;
- completion of tasks by an institution, organization, enterprise or state body to perform tasks at the request of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military structures;
- liquidation of the body that booked the employee;
- dismissal of a conscript from work.
Mobilization in Ukraine: the main thing
With the outbreak of a full-scale war in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization.
Almost all reservists were involved in the performance of combat missions, therefore, the Ministry of Internal Affairs predicts that over time the volume of mobilization may increase, because the occupiers are not going to leave our land so easily.
He does not speak about massive waves of mobilization yet Xia, however, the conscription of citizens will continue until the end of martial law.
