Yakovenko noted that the simultaneous statements by Alexei Reznikov and Kirill Budanov are an element of the information war. Their goal is quite obvious – every 100 Russian citizens fleeing the country is minus 100 potential soldiers of the enemy army.

“Russian mobilization capacities are designed for approximately 150,000. This is the number of people that Russian barracks, training grounds, etc. can accept. This is how 150,000 will be constantly scraped from the Russian bottom and sent to the front,” Yakovenko emphasized.

According to him, now is the war of the 21st century, and Putin is fighting with the methods of the middle of the 20th century.
