Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Gaidai said that residents of the Lugansk region can also receive it. After all, there are people who have been displaced twice already: the first time in 2014, and the second time now.

How exactly to get help

According to Gaidai, now the heads of civil administrations have organized or continue to organize special centers in remote access. They will help people who have left.

Lugansk OVA will still accept information and requests from people on their phones. Also, residents of the Lugansk region can contact the leaders of their communities if they have their contact phone numbers.

But in general, this week we will make it so that it is centralized, so that all information goes to one place and we will discuss and resolve all issues. That is, regarding medicine, housing, paperwork,” Gaidai assured.

He stressed that everyone will receive help.

What other help can wait for people

According to Gaidai, the Lugansk District Police Department already has a list of all regions where and in what hospitals there are residents of the region who were forced to evacuate, but have certain diseases.

It is they who will be taken under control for sure. There will also be aid and humanitarian things. After all, there are enough international partners within the country and just volunteers who help and who want to help.

The situation in the Luhansk region

• Russian invaders are trying to reach the administrative borders of the region. The Armed Forces of Ukraine put up strong resistance and defend our positions, so the Russians do not succeed. As a result, they mercilessly hit the Luhansk region with all possible types of weapons, wiping the region off the face of the earth. Very fierce fighting continues in Severodonetsk.
